DELICIOUSLY CREAMY SEAFOOD BITES 
1/2 cup lite mayonnaise
1/4 cup reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
8 oz. imitation crabmeat (surimi), finely chopped
2 oz. reduced-fat pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 scallion, chopped, about 1/4 cup
2 pkgs. (1.9 oz. each) mini fillo shells

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, mustard and garlic powders and hot sauce until smooth and blended. Stir in imitation crabmeat, pepper jack cheese and scallion. Evenly divide among fillo shells. Bake until just golden, about 20 minutes. Garnish with basil.

This is a wonderful holiday appetizer, and so easy to make.
