PECAN CRISP SQUASH 
2 acorn squash
2/3 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. pecans, coarsely chopped

Place squash, cut side down, on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until half done (about 20 minutes). Combine remaining ingredients. Fill squash cavities, cover with foil. Continue baking until squash is tender. Serves 4.
