CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 med. chopped onion
2-4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix the above ingredients together. Spread into large baking dish. Melt 1/2 stick butter, 1 tube Ritz crackers crushed (can use Saltine crackers). Mix together with butter; top casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes large dish. Will freeze good.
