CURRY CHICKEN 
6 1/4 chicken legs
1 green pepper
3 to 4 tbsp. curry powder
1 med. onion
1 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

Wash and clean chicken with vinegar. Skin and bone cut into small pieces. Season with spices, onion and green pepper. Let set 1 hour. Heat oil in pan, add chicken and stir fry 10 minutes. Add pepper and onion. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
