FUDGE TOPPED BROWNIES 
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour, unsifted
2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. nuts
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat well, stir in nuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 40 minutes. Just before brownies are done in heavy pan, melt chips with sweet milk and remaining vanilla. Immediately spread over hot brownies. Cool, chill and cut into bars.
