ITALIANO CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted

Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Combine Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. Dip both sides of chicken in the melted butter; coat with cheese mixture. Place on shallow baking pan. Pour remaining butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
