CHICKEN AND POTATOES ITALIANO 
1 frying chicken, cut up
2 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic salt)
1 tbsp. oregano (parsley if desired)
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chicken in shallow baking pan. sprinkle with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Cut butter in squares and place on top of chicken. 1/4 c. oil 2 tbsp. parsley flakes Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and cut potatoes in large French fry type chunks. Pour oil over and stir. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper (use shallow baking dish). Place chicken in oven 15 minutes before potatoes, then cook both for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Baste chicken if needed.
