CRANBERRY KETCHUP 
3 c. berry pulp
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
Dash of cayenne

Combine ingredients and boil rapidly until thickened. Pour into glasses and seal with paraffin.
