1 c. buttermilk pancake mix 1/2 c. melted butter 1 egg 1/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. milk Mix ingredients with fork. Pour into pan. CRUMBS: 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour Mix with fork until crumbly and sprinkle on top of cake. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. | |

I would rate this a 3(1/2) It was very good! I used a buttermilk and honey pancake mix which probably altered the taste but it was very good. I added a little bit of vanilla flavoring to bring out the flavor it was great! :)
