BRAUNSCHWEIGER DIP 
3 lbs. braunschweiger
2 bottles chili sauce (Heinz)
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (softened or room temperature)
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, diced very sm.

Mix with mixer (it's easier!) and chill overnight or for several hours. This makes enough for a large crowd.

For a smaller amount:

1 lb. braunschweiger
1 1/3 c. (or more to taste) chili sauce (Heinz)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened or room temperature)
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/3 med. onion, diced very sm.
