BRAUNSCHWEIGER SPREAD 
1/2 lb. braunschweiger
1-2 tsp. chopped onion (to taste)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Ground nuts

Soften cream cheese and warm braunschweiger to room temperature. Mash together the worcestershire sauce. When well blended add onion and mix well. Form into ball on plate and cover with slivered almonds or ground walnuts. Place in refrigerator after covering with foil or plastic. Allow at least 1-2 hours before serving.
