COLE SLAW 
1 cabbage, grated
3 carrots, grated
1 onion, grated

DRESSING:

1 1/2 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Dressing is better made ahead. Add dressing just before serving. Cole slaw will not be soggy.
