CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
2 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Olive oil
1 pt. tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme (optional)
1 (13 oz.) can fri-chick
Cooked spaghetti or rice

Saute onion and green pepper in oil until soft. Add tomato sauce and herbs. Simmer 15 minutes. Break fri-chick into bite size pieces and add to sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice or spaghetti.
