MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Chocolate sauce
Chopped nuts (optional)

Boil water and butter. Add flour all at once, stirring rapidly until mixture forms ball. Remove from heat and cool awhile. Beat in eggs one at a time with spoon. Spread in ungreased 11 x 15 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. It looks like moon surface. Blend instant pudding, milk and cream cheese with mixer. Spread on crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Spread with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate sauce over all. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
