CHOCOLATE CHEESE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
8 oz. neufchatel cheese (lite cream cheese)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. lite Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant sugar free chocolate pudding mix
3 1/2 c. skim milk
1 lg. tub lite Cool Whip
Grated chocolate bar or sprinkles

FIRST LAYER: Mix walnuts, butter and flour and press in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for about 15 or 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

SECOND LAYER: Cream together the neufchatel cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread carefully over first layer (first layer will want to stick to second).

THIRD LAYER: Mix the pudding mix and milk and spread over the second layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Spread Cool Whip over third layer. Sprinkle grated chocolate or decorative candies on top. Chill and enjoy!

NOTE: Do not make more than a night in advance or pudding color will bleed into other layers.
