ITALIAN SALAD 
Salad:

1 (8 oz.) box macaroni shells
2 onions
1 green pepper
4 stalks celery
1 can green olives
1 can black olives
1/2 lb. salami
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese

Cook shells according to directions. Drain. Chop onions, pepper, celery, olives, salami, pepperoni and cheese. Mix with shells.

Dressing:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over shell mixture. Let stand 3 hours at room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
