COLE SLAW 
2 1/2 to 3 c. finely sliced cabbage
3 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt

Add a few slices of finely sliced onion and green pepper to cabbage. Mix vinegar, sugar, oil and salt and pour over cabbage. Let set for several hours to meld.
