DILLY MACARONI SALAD 
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 c. cubed American cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Cool.

Combine macaroni, cheese cubes, celery, green pepper and pimento.

Blend together mayonnaise or salad dressing, vinegar, salt and dill weed; add to macaroni mixture. Toss lightly. Cover and chill well. Serve salad in lettuce lined bowl if desired. Makes 6 servings.
