HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) pkg. shredded frozen potatoes 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 can Cream of Chicken soup, undiluted 1 (12 oz.) grated American or Longhorn cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 (8 oz.) carton crushed Corn Flakes 1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped Place thawed potatoes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix together everything but the butter and Corn Flakes. Top with Corn Flakes and drizzle melted butter over all. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour. |
