PARTY BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. beef stew 1 can beef consomme 1 can beef bouillon 1 can whole mushrooms 1 can sm. onions 1/2 c. cooking sherry Flour beef and brown in frying pan, drain and put in covered baking dish. Add consomme, bouillon and cook 2 hours at 325 degrees. Add mushrooms, onions and sherry and cook 1 1/2 hours longer at 325 degrees. |
