BEEF A LA BURGUNDY | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 c. burgundy cooking wine 2 lb. cubed stew meat (beef) 1 pkg. frozen carrots Combine soups (without water), burgundy wine and dry soup mix. Add unbrowned meat and frozen carrots. Stir. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over noodles. Serves 4-6. |
