EASY BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. lean stew meat (1 inch cubes)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 sm. can (4 oz.) mushrooms with liquid
1 c. dry red wine
Mushrooms may be stems and pieces

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake for 3 hours, no peeking. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
