BEEF CUBES IN WINE 
3 lb. beef cubes
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
3/4 c. dry wine (sherry or burgundy), add more if desired
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Mix all ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 3 1/2-4 hours, covered at first. Stir through 3-4 times during baking. Uncover for the last hour.
