BEEF BURGUNDY | |
3 lb. beef (round steak or stew meat), cut into sm. pieces 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can mushrooms, drained 3/4 c. burgundy wine Saute meat until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Serve over noodles or rice. |
