3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients well and place into cookie press. Press cookies on ungreased cookie sheet or lightly spray sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake in oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly golden on edges. Let sit for 10 minutes before removing from sheet.
