MEXI DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili "no beans"
18 oz. bag shredded Velveeta (Mexican or regular)
1 (16 oz.) bag nacho chips

Spread cream cheese on bottom of 9 x 9 baking dish or 9 inch pie plate. Spread chili over cream cheese. Top with Velveeta and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Dip in!
