FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter. Add cocoa and combine. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat lightly just until combined. Add flour and nuts. Spread batter into a lightly greased 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. cool.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa

Beat butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Add milk until frosting is of spreading consistency.
