VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. hot water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine 1/2 c. carrots, chopped fine 1 c. celery, chopped fine 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. onions, chopped fine 1/8 c. green olives, chopped Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise and blend into Jello. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch dish and refrigerate. |
