SALSA MEXICANA CRUDA 
6 med. tomatoes
1 sm. red onion
6 sprigs fresh coriander
2 minced cloves of garlic
2 cans chopped green chili peppers
1/2-3/4 can of Old El Paso jalapeno relish
Salt to taste

Chop all the ingredients finely. (Do not skin the tomato or seed the chili.) Mix all together and serve immediately with low salt chips.
