CHEESE STRATA 
5 slices bread, cut in cubes
3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Dash of cayenne
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Alternate layers of bread and cheese in a greased casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all. Let stand overnight or, at least, for a few hours. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour. This may pass for a souffle but does not have to be served immediately.
