PARMESAN BREADED CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. basil 4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. buttermilk Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in buttermilk and roll in a bread crumb/herb mixture. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Place chicken on pan. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, remove cover and bake another 20 minutes or until done. Make 4 servings: each 277 calories; 7 grams fat; 7 grams carbohydrates; 44 grams protein; 288 milligrams sodium; .03 grams fiber and 114 milligrams cholesterol. |
