VEGETABLES MORNAY 
2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, or 1 lg bag
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. butter

Cook vegetables 5 minutes after defrosting; drain and save liquid. Add salt, garlic salt and butter; toss through vegetables.

MIX IN SAUCEPAN:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. reserved liquid; add half-n-half to bring up to 2 c.
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch thyme
2 tbsp. white wine

Simmer 5 minutes. Grease baking dish; put vegetables in. Cover with sauce. Top with 2 cups of pulled bread. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
