SOUPED-UP MICROWAVE POTATOES 
Large sliced potatoes
Salt & pepper
Butter in casserole dish
1 can cream soup (Mushroom, Chicken or Celery)
Shredded cheese

Mix soup and one can of water. Pour over potatoes. Top with shredded cheese. Cook covered 20 minutes on high or until potatoes are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
