CHICKEN BROCCOLI 
Skinless chicken breasts, one per person
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
Sm. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
Garlic salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter and vegetable oil in 13 x 9 pan. Roll chicken in butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix chicken soup with mushrooms (with liquid) and 1/4 cup water with Worcestershire sauce and thyme leaves.

Pour mixture over chicken and add broccoli. Cook uncovered until chicken is done and broccoli is tender, approximately 30 minutes.
