BROCCOLI - CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli
3 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 pt. light cream
Pinch of salt

Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in water. Add bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce. Add broccoli that has been cooked and drained well. Cook until cubes melt. Add cheese and cream. Cook until cheese melts. DO NOT BOIL. Taste to see if salt is desired.
