PEACH CONSERVE (JAM) 
2 lbs. ripe peeled and sliced fresh peaches
1 med. can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 lbs. granulated sugar (4 c.)
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, well drained and sliced

Boil peaches with sugar 20 minutes. Stir often. Add drained pineapple and boil another 45 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes.

Add maraschino cherries and boil another 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Put in hot sterile jars. Treat as you would any jam or jelly. I use hot paraffin a seal and jar covers.
