TENNESSEE APPLE ROLL 
1 2/3 c. Bisquick (or other like mix)
1/2 c. ice water

Mix and roll out in large rectangle. Over this spread out 5 apples which have been peeled, cored and chopped. Roll up as a jelly roll. Makes about 10 slices and place in a casserole.

In a saucepan mix: 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. water

Boil until sugar melts and pour over the rolls. Bake in 375 degree oven about 1 hour or until done. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
