RED WHITE AND BLUEBERRIES 
3 c. strawberries
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Artificial sweetener to taste, optional
1 med. banana
1 container (8 oz.) strawberry yogurt (Weight Watcher's non-fat yogurt preferred)
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. shredded coconut

Rinse, hull and slice strawberries, rinse blueberries. If desired, sprinkle berries with sweetener. Just before serving, slice banana and if desired, toast coconut.

In 1 quart straight sided glass bowl, arrange 1/2 the strawberries; top with the blueberries, the banana slices and the remaining strawberries. Using small wire whisk stir yogurt until smooth and slightly thinned. Pour yogurt over fruit and sprinkle with coconut. Makes 4 servings.
