FRESH STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
2/3 c. condensed milk
1 c. crushed strawberries
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 pinch salt

In a large bowl mix milk and water, then add strawberries and sugar.

Whip heavy cream to custard-like consistency. Fold into chilled strawberry mixture. Freeze until nearly solid; beat until smooth, not melted. Serves 6.
