STUFFED MEATLOAF 
MEATLOAF:

1 lb. ground meat
1 c. bread crumbs, soft
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. catsup

STUFFING:

2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. onions
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. sage
3 c. soft bread crumbs

Make up the stuffing starting with sauteing the onions in the shortening. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes. Add spices and mix well. Work in all bread crumbs; set aside.

Mix all ingredients of meatloaf, mixing well. Put half the meat mixture in a loaf pan and top with stuffing. Cover with remaining meat. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done.
