1 pkg. chicken necks
1 pkg. chicken gizzards
2 tsp. salt
1 onion
4 carrots
1 zucchini
1 potato
1 sweet potato
Water
A piece of chicken

Cook chicken parts in a big pot of water for 1 1/2 hours. Then add all other ingredients and cook for another hour until done.
