SPICY CHICKEN SOUP 
1 chicken
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
Salt
Oregano
1/3 c. rice
1 carrot
3 potatoes
1 zucchini
1 sm. can green chilies
1/2 lb. white cheese
2 avocados
1 lemon

Put cut up chicken, 1/2 onion (chopped), 3 cloves garlic pressed, salt and oregano in stock pot. Cover with water and boil until chicken is done. Take chicken out and cool and shred it. To broth add rice, cut up carrot and potatoes. Boil. Add zucchini and boil until done. Add chicken and green chilies. Serve in bowls. Add chopped onion, cheese cubes, avocado cubes and lemon juice to taste.
