HERBED MUSHROOMS 
1 lg. can sm. mushrooms
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (fine)
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. jar pimentos, diced and drained

Trim rough end of mushroom stems, rinse, pat dry. In large bowl, gently mix mushrooms with remaining ingredients. Serve with toothpicks.

Begin 1 to 3 days ahead. 12 servings.
