15 to 16 sm. new potatoes 1 stick butter Salt Pepper Chopped parsley or parsley flakes Melt butter in skillet with tight fitting lid. Add potatoes; cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, turning potatoes 2 or 3 times. Remove potatoes with slotted spoon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley. Serves 6. |
