SHRIMP JOEY 
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
Butter
Garlic
Favorite spices
Favorite liqueur (Grand Maniere, Amaretto, etc.)

Cook shrimp until just about pink. Heat favorite liqueur (approximately 1/3 cup). Saute shrimp with butter, garlic and favorite spices to your taste. Flame liqueur, then pour over drained shrimp and cook down for several minutes. Serve over wild rice.
