BEEF MARINATE 
1 1/2 c. Chablis
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Can be used to marinate a round steak roast 3 inches thick, cut in half. Freeze half and marinate half. Grill roast for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 140 to 160 degrees as desired. If roast is large, double the quantity of ingredients.
