BARBECUED PORK OR BEEF 
2 lbs. ribs (pork or beef)
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. crusted pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. oil
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients (except tomato sauce) in large bowl Stir well. Marinate in sauce for 30 minutes, all meats. Remove meats from marinate. If cooking in oven, roast at 325 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. Place in a roasting pan. (If on grill, place about 1/4 inch apart). Cook about 1 hour. While cooking, put ingredients and tomato sauce in sauce pan on slow heat, simmer about 5 minutes. Cool. When meat is ready, marinate in sauce.
