MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
1 (7 1/2-13 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. semi-sweet morsels
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

In medium saucepan, combine cream, sugar, milk, butter and salt. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Boil five minutes, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Remove from heat. Add morsels, stir until melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into 8 inch square pan, lightly greased. Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 2 hours.
