MARSHMALLOW FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/4 lb. butter

Bring the above to boil, cook 4 1/2 minutes. Add:

2 lg. pkg. chocolate chips (24 oz. total)
1 pkg. marshmallows (miniature)
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 lg. Hershey candy bar

Blend until marshmallow dissolves. Pour into buttered pans. Makes 5 pounds (one 13 x 10 x 2 pan plus one 9 x 9 x 2 pan).
