KIELBASI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. kielbasi
1 pkg. cheese (Provolone)
3 green peppers, diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
4-5 med. potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer in a casserole: Slice potatoes 1/2 inch thick; microwave 20 minutes on HIGH or until almost done. Sprinkle peppers, celery and onions over potatoes.

Slice kielbasi and arrange over vegetables. Cover casserole with slices of cheese. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes or until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
